OK, just found out that after you adv.repeat the CharacterDAO.updateGold you also have to repeat the CharacterDAO.saveCharacter "once". then refresh ninja saga, make sure you close charles after refresh, FAST. and another one, only repeat the last CharacterDAO.updateGold there just an update I think.
